  1. The conditions of the geometric elements constituting the outline of the part shall be sufficient

 

  2. The dimensioning method on the part drawing should conform to the characteristics of CNC machining. On the fine part processing drawing, the dimensions should be quoted on the same basis or the coordinate dimensions should be given directly.

 

   1). This labeling method is not only convenient for programming, but also for harmony between dimensions, which brings great convenience in adhering to the differences between design benchmarks, process benchmarks, detection benchmarks, and programming origin settings.

   2). As part designers usually think about assembly and other application characteristics in the dimensioning, they have to adopt a partly scattered labeling method, which will bring a lot of inconvenience to the process layout and numerical control processing.

   3). Due to the high precision of precision machining of parts and repeated positioning, the operating characteristics will not be destroyed due to the large accumulation error, so the partial descriptive annotation method can be changed to the same reference quoted size or directly given coordinate size Notation.

 

  3. Calculate the base point or node coordinates during manual programming. During automatic programming, fine part machining stops defining all geometric elements that form part contours.
